- Pre-Treatment:
The technician will verify all parameters relevant to Anti-Rust Treatment, including assess the state of the AC unit. Location for dismantling the units (if required),
- Dismantling the Units (If Required):
If the units cannot be coated due to space restrictions, the technician will remove the unit and thoroughly coat the coils as part of the standard Anti-Treatment process to provide optimum protection.
- Anti-Treatment Process:
When the units are ready to begin treatment, the technician will wash clean the coils that will be coated to eliminate any debris and grime. Then blow out any surplus water from the coil and thoroughly dry the coil surfaces. Finally, applying the anti-rusting treatment costing to ensure optimum protection.
- Post Installation:
After the coating is dried, the technician will begin the installation process (required when the units are dismantled), which includes Copper connections, Nitrogen pressure testing and Vacuuming the entire system, and Refrigerant charging to ensure proper pressure within the unit.
