All Mechanical and electrical parts such as Compressor, Indoor, and outdoor unit Fan motor, Swing motor, Printed Circuit boards, Magnetic switch, Transformers, etc.
You can cancel the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase of the plan. You will get a full refund if you have not availed any services offered in the contract however in case of any services availed the amount of the same will be deducted as per the QC price list.

The AC is required to be in a working condition for the QC AMC to begin which is the basic criteria. Once the AMC plan is purchased a QC authorized technician will inspect the AC. However, in case the technician detects any repair work that will have to be borne by the customer at extra cost.
