    The authorised technician will verify all parameters relevant to AC installation, including measurements of Copper pipe, Wiring, Drain pipe and its slope and assess the state of the wall, and the AC unit position (if applicable) and will provide a price as per QC Rate list and proceed if you confirm.
  2. Low-Side Work:
    As part of the standard installation procedure, the technician will install Copper piping, Drain piping, and Communication wiring (between the indoor and outdoor units), as well as fix the Outdoor unit bracket.
  3. Standard Installation:
    After the Low-side work is completed, the technician will begin the QC standard installation process, which includes placing the Indoor and Outdoor units along with Copper connections, Nitrogen pressure testing and Vacuuming the entire system, and Refrigerant charging to ensure proper pressure within the unit.
  4. Post Installation:
    Technician will double-check all parameters, including Coil air temperature, Circulating refrigerant pressure, and any other connections such as Electricals and Drain pipes, as well as perform a post-installation clean-up.

    Before proceeding with the uninstallation, the Technician will conduct a thorough inspection of the AC and notify you if there are any concerns, such as the condition of the AC unit, the state of the wall on which the outdoor unit is mounted, the condition of the outdoor stand, and so on.

    The technician will check the pressure and shut off the outdoor pressure valves to ensure that gas is stored in the outdoor unit before the removal process.
  3. Unit Removal Process:
    After the Pumping down the machine the technician will carefully start removing both outdoor and indoor units from its installed position. He will also verify that all safety parameters are followed.
  4. Post Removal Process:
    After the equipment has been removed, the technician will store it in the designated location (same floor Level). He will block all Copper lines and Drain pipes to prevent any debris or dirt collection. The technician will also conceal the electrical connection to prevent any accidents.
