Pre-Installation:
The authorised technician will verify all parameters relevant to AC installation, including measurements of Copper pipe, Wiring, Drain pipe and its slope and assess the state of the wall, and the AC unit position (if applicable) and will provide a price as per QC Rate list and proceed if you confirm.

Low-Side Work:
As part of the standard installation procedure, the technician will install Copper piping, Drain piping, and Communication wiring (between the indoor and outdoor units), as well as fix the Outdoor unit bracket.

Pump Down Procedure:
The technician will check the pressure and shut off the outdoor pressure valves to ensure that gas is stored in the outdoor unit before the removal process.

The above charges are applicable only for the removal/reinstallation of Indoor and Outdoor units respectively of your selection.
Any Carpentry / Civil / Plumbing / Electrical works not included.
Ladder / Stool required from the customer’s side.
Removal of Outdoor unit brackets not included.
Loading/Unloading of AC units after removal work is not included however the unit will be kept at a space provided you on the same floor/level.
Any other scope of work not mentioned is not included.

FAQs

What is a standard installation kit which comes with a residential hi-wall split AC? And what does it consists of?

It is a simple set of interconnecting Copper piping, Transmission cabling, and Drain piping offered by the manufacturer to connect the Indoor with the Outdoor unit.

What is not covered under standard installation scope.

Drilling more than one hole for copper pipe connectivity between IDU and ODU.
Thicker concrete wall needs specialized equipment, so drilling holes through them will incur additional cost (core cutting). No wall chiseling / civil or mason work is included.
An additional voltage stabilizer, if there are voltage fluctuations in the area.
Wiring extension from Electricity Meter to the Installation site, Power point/MCB fitting, and any other Electrical work will be organized by the customer from their side.
Any extra copper pipe length that might be needed for installation (as per customer's site requirement) beyond the copper pipe supplied with the product and the labor charges for laying this additional copper pipe cost will be borne by the customer as per actuals.
Grill/glass cutting and welding work will be organized by a customer from their side.
Uninstallation/Shifting of old AC.
Outdoor stand if supplied by the customer, labor charges for fixing same has to be borne by the customer.
Ladder to be arranged by the customer in case required at the installation site.
In case piping is already pre-laid by the customer during the construction stage, then nitrogen pressure testing will be required after connecting outdoor and indoor. The cost of the same is to be borne by the customer.
Anything else not covered in the standard installation will be chargeable.

How long does it take to removal and reinstall my AC?

To completely remove and reinstall your AC may take upto a day.

Do I have to provide anything to you?

Although our technicians are equipped with the highest quality of modern tools and tackles but yes we need a permanent power supply, ladder, or a tool and a bucket to collect the dirty water from your end.
