Standard installation includes: 

  1. Installation of Indoor and Outdoor unit with Connecting the indoor unit (IDU) to the outdoor unit (ODU) using standard wire/pipe length provided by the manufacturer.
  2. Drilling a cavity/hole in the wall to permit pipe/tube routing from the indoor unit (IDU) to the outside unit (ODU). In case of a concrete puncture, the requirement will be charged extra as per actuals.
  3. Laying of AC drain pipe which does not include trenching or civil work and making good of the same.
  4. Installation of AC outdoor unit bracket.
  5. Connecting the stabilizer and electrical connections to the AC unit separately purchased.
  6. Product demonstration and cooling performance check.

 
The following items are not included in the normal installation:

  1. Any Scaffolding or other Requirement for ODU Installation.
  2. Any Plug/Plug Point or MCB with appropriate Wiring within 1 Meter of the ODU Unit.
  3. If there is no provision for ODU (Accessibility, Safety, and Future Service), the unit will not be installed.
  4. Separate MCB with at least 25 A MCB and 15 A Plug Point.
  5. Power cable up to the installation location for Three/single-phase units along with Proper earthing.
  6. Separate wiring from the main DB up to the AC plug point.
  7. Stabilizer with High Voltage/Low Voltage Cut Off to be used in case of Power Fluctuations.
  8. Installation cannot be done on a load-bearing beam.
  9. Pre-cut space on grill/wall for the appropriate size of AC.
  10. Civil works such as trenching and making good of the same.

Terms And Conditions

  • The above prices mentioned include labour charges only.
  • Protection against site damages up to Rs 10000/- Under no circumstances QC will be liable to pay an amount exceeding Rs 10000/-.
  • Our minimum reporting time is 2 hours however it may be extended due to the high demand of technicians at the time.
  • In case if your AC needs a repair that will be brought to your notice before proceeding with the service work. Consumables and spares will be charged extra if required as per the QC price list.
  • Provision of Ladder, Permanent power supply, and a water collection bucket has to be provided by the customer.
  • QC reserves the right to deny the work if the product is aged out or beyond repairs. In this case, the site inspection charges will have to be borne by the customer.
  • QC will not be held responsible for any other damage once our technician has left your premises.
  • QC requests its customers to keep a close vigil or deploy a responsible person for supervision during the ac service work.
  • Any other scope of work not mentioned is not included.

FAQs

A Jet Pump water service is done without taking the indoor unit from its installed position whereas a Brought down water service (BDS) is done by removing the indoor unit out of its installed position with complete dismantling resulting in optimum cleaning but the dismantling and the removing process takes much longer and requires more space leading to longer downtime of the AC unit.

Generally an AC unit requires service at least 3-6 times a year depending upon your usage.

Although our authorised technicians are equipped with the highest quality of modern tools and tackles but yes we need a permanent power supply, ladder, or a tool and a bucket to collect the dirty water.

Once an authorised technician is appointed as per your selected schedule. He will visit your place and do a thorough AC unit inspection to check for any faults, if any it will be brought to your notice after that the repair cost will be shared with you. In case of no-fault, the technician will carry out the cleaning process of the entire AC unit with the help of a water Jet Pump. He will ensure to take all safety precautions for carrying out the work without any mess.

  • Complete cleaning of indoor unit Filters, Condensor, and Cooling coils with help of a water Jet Pump.
  • Cleaning of Drain tray and lines.
  • Checking of all Mechanical and Electrical parts such as Compressor, Fan, Fan motor, PCB circuits, Blower, etc.
  • Checking all general parameters such as Temperature, Gas pressure including all Electrical connections and Terminals.
  • Lubrication of Fan motor if required.
  • Overall performance checking.
